Kevin back for Gravytrain Limited fc

September 17, 2007

It’s been several weeks now and Gravytrain Limited fc are still looking to join a competetive league! No major changes to report since the last post. Kevin should be coming back this week after suffering a knee injury a while back. It looks like the injury has finally healed and last night it certainly looked like Kevin had fully recovered when he showed up for training.

One of his Gravytrain Limited fc colleagues had this to say:

Gravytrain Limited Nick:  ”Kevin looks better than ever before! We think his leg has been out of alignment all his life and the latest injury, although painful, has actually done him a favour by knocking his leg back into alignment.”

Reporter: “What does this mean for Kevin’s footballing career?”

Gravytrain Limited Nick: “Well, I guess this will mean his shots will be on target from now on.”

Gravytrain Limited FC Weekly Roundup

September 13, 2007

Gravytrain Limited fc won their second match in their history this week! The opposing team who have not yet been named did not turn up so by the rules of the 5-aside FA Gravytrain Limited fc were awarded a win. The score has been left up to Rocco to decide –  sources have predicted the score will be around the 10 – 0 mark.

There has been much arguement over who to award the goals to but they have finally come to a fair conclusion. All 10 goals will be awarded to Will Martinez for his hard work on and off the pitch. This makes him the top goalscorer for Gravytrain Limited with 25, in second position is Alex with 8, Andrew, Nick, Kevin with 1 goal, Rocco, Miles, George, Sigmon with no goals and Steve Slade with -12.
